In this vid, my muscles were too tense and I had to seal my pisshole around the hose, hence the plastic there. But the first ten seconds you can see the aquarium pump hose pressurizing the bowl, I keep air from going in filling me up too fast by squeezing my piss muscles shut. Then when the smoke is fully thick 0:10, I release my piss muscles and the pump sends the smoke in through the hose, my urethra, and into my bladder 0:24.
