Hello, how are you? I'm um a mess. I had a bath last night and I comatosed myself in it and then
I got into bed and I fell ****** without taking my nighttime medication and because my legs fucked
my nighttime medication includes tramadol and ******** and if you don't take that regularly
like you know you're supposed to uh withdrawals happen and so I've just sweated my fucking ass
off all night and stink absolutely sink and it's half past three and I've just managed to
