So he's asked Kay and I to interview everybody, videotape it, and let him look at them.
And then he picks his favorites to hire or call back for second interviews.
He may say yay, nay, or come back for more.
So my job, and Kay's job, is to make you look as good as possible so that Mr. Johnson will say, "All right."
