Okay, we're going to start today's lesson with ******* pose. Just come down, take a

couple of deep breaths, relax into your body. Really want to just stretch out your spine

and just relax, deep breathing in and out. Inhale, exhale. Just allow yourself to arrive

in your body, letting go of all of that tension. And then come up into tabletop and lift up

into down dog. Push through those heels, push your shoulder blades together. Deep breath in and out.
