LOL, that's gotta be Romania or Bulgaria... where this shit is totally normal
Firs time my wife and I went to Bulgaria and drove around we wondered why we kept seeing white plastic garden chairs in lay-bys... about 10am you then realise these chairs are waiting for the working girls to arrive...
Our favourite girl to see was the one who had plunked herself in the middle of a road building project.
We were looking for property to buy up, it wasn't until a after a couple of days we realise that these piles of bricks in fields with bits of blue plastic tarpaulins were actually lived in by people.
It's an all round crazy country where it seems life has little value and morals are unheard of by very many... as is Romania.
